While I was out to lunch the other day with a friend at Mayrose guess who came and sat at the table next to us? Yup you guessed it Taye Diggs!! He was there with an older white man and his wife (whom he did not sit next to). My friend had to tell me it was actually was his wife. Seriously I thought the wife and the older man were trying to sell him a product because she pulled out these mystery jars and put powder in her drink and then put it back in her bag which btw was an ok bag…  Ok, Taye is seriously a HOT HOT man!! The 10 million dollar Millionaire Dream List
The I am Fashion girls are hosting the Carnivale of Couture, this week, with the topic: Surprise, darling! You have just won the lottery! How will you, the super fabulous fashionable blogger, spend your US$10m winnings? Tell us all about your money-spending plan!! Ahh what a great thing it would be to have 10 million dollars. Here are some of the things that I would do with my winnings.... First I would buy a huge house and have it decorated by the best and have a bedroom turned into the best closet ever. I would get all the handbags I ever wanted including all the Hermes bags, and all the bags my BFF ever wanted. Throw out all my clothes and get new tailored ones so they fit perfectly. I would pay off all my parents loans and my friends student loans. Purchase my parents a new home because theirs is ehhh and get it decorated. Travel everywhere! Quit my job!! Project Runway What’s Your Line?
There were 4 designers left and someone had to go. The challenge was to design an evening gown that basically would represent the collection that they would be showing at the Olympus Fashion Week. The guest judge was the fabulous supermodel Iman. Iman on a side note replaced Eva Longoria as the new spokeswoman for New York & Co. Daniel wins for the fifth time!!  Kara is out and I am not extremely surprised due to her comments about eveningwear.  Santino's dress reminds me of something that a show girl would wear in vegas. He does say that the other dresses that were made where on the safe side but his was, well, not pleasing to me.  The most shocking part of the show was the final question that Heidi Klum asked each of the 4 designers. Who should be out? Everyone said that Chloe should be out when in the beginning of the show Daniel and Kara were literally dissing Santino left and right! I was shocked and sad for Chloe. I have to admit that I Read this article and I figured that Kara would be out. I have a funny feeling that Daniel will be the winner. Seeing spots?
I personally love a little polka-dot now and then. Moschino Polka-Dot Slide for $375.00 is black and also has a cute little bow which makes these more of a going out shoe or even something you can wear to work. Love the red insole - it makes the shoe a little more edgy. Project Runway Makeover
Chloe wins!! I think she did the best job out of all the designers. She designed a wonderful design for Nick.  Nick is out and I am very sad. I even shed a tear. He designed a suit for Daniel and the judges did not like it at all. I thought it was very flattering on him and sharp but I guess I am not a judge so apparently my opinion counts for nothing!  Daniel had immunity so he was safe even though his design for Chloe was not something that she would have worn nor did it flatter her at all.  Santino designed a jumpsuit/pant suit for Khara that was held together by glue and poor sewing. Towards the end even the judges noticed that his creation was falling apart. He said it was because she was jumping around in it before. So I guess if your garment is literally falling apart on the runway you do not have to fret.  Needless to say I am happy for Chloe but Santino has worn my patience…. Next week they are designing an evening gown for Olympus fashion week. Project Runway Gossip
When I am not blogging I have a full time job in the same building as Gap International. Early this morning a co-worker of mine rode the elevator with Heidi Klum. She said Heidi looked amazing … Anyway later that morning I saw Kara in the lobby of my building leaving alone and yes she was wearing her signature side bun in her hair. On the way to lunch as soon as the elevator door opened I saw Santino talking to Nick and Chloe talking to Diana! I searched to see if I could find Daniel but I couldn't see him since there was an entourage of others around them. A role call probably would of not have been appropriate. Santino is one tall and skinny man, Nick is seriously good looking and Chloe is 5’1 because she is a tiny bit shorter than me. On the way out I saw Tim eventhough he was wearing a hat but I recognized those glasses! So I'm not a betting person, but I have a feeling that Daniel was the winner designer for Project Runway 2… What do you think? xoxo, girls handbook
