Project Runway

Laura is the winner and I am so happy for her because she was feeling pretty down before the runway. I was super upset that they allowed Vincent and Angela back on the show but I am glad to see them go again. I am sad to see Kayne go because I thought he was a good designer and I thought he was funny and very catty.

The final designers are Michael, Laura, Uli and Jeffrey and but are there only going to be only three of them that is going to go to Fashion Week? I honestly think that Michael and Jeffrey will be there but I am tore about which one of the ladies will be there. Both of the ladies seem to design for themselves and I really think they are going to have to go out of their element for the next challenge. I wonder how many designers are going to be at Fashion Week....

What are your thoughts?

Goodbye summer you will be missed

I cannot believe that fall 2006 is almost if not already here! I have had such a great summer full of traveling, hanging out with loved ones and of course getting me new puppy Brooklyn that I have been in denial that summer is gone.

To kick off fall I want to share some of the hottest trends for the season.

Jimmy Choo Mahala Bag for $1,895.00

Cynthia Vincent Leather Wedge Boot for $680

Platforms have moved from the summer season to the fall season. The wedge boot has had other designers such as Nanette Lepore, Isabella Fiore, Yves Saint Laurent, Christian Louboutinto to name a few designing their own interpretation of the classic wedge.

I personally love big rings and since I already own a few am super excited that they are really in this fall.

Blue Topaz with Diamond Ring for $249

Drusy Quartz with Champagne diamonds for $179

Smoky Quartz and Diamond Ring for $199.99

Sterling Silver Square Etched Design Ring for $39.99

Heidi Klum has just launched her first signature line of jewelry, The Heidi Klum Collection for Mouawad which is all about her signature clover-patterned jewelry. If you are not ready to throw down a thousand dollars or more I suggest this Diamond Accent Clover Slide with chain for $29.99

Wanna see more of this fabulous jewelry then click here

See by Chloe Knit Caplet & Skinny Jeans

Caplet for $615
Skinny jeans for $385

Skinny jeans are all the rage for fall and look super hot with tall boots or even cute little flats!

Anthropologie howling winds tunic fir $98

This v-neck sweater comes in black, green and light pink and would look great with some jeans. I am such a huge fan of these sleeves and think they are super cute.

Stay tuned for more fabulous fall fashions.

Belts

I love how a belt can give you an instant hourglass figure and really spice up a dress or even a pair of jeans and a t-shirt. One of my favorite looks right now is black and white polka dot dress that has a big and bold red belt. If you have not tried on a belt and think that it will not work for you I encourage you to just try.

Metallic Studded Belt by Style Violet for $28

I love all the metallic colors weaved into it that gives it a little more pop to what you are wearing.

Details Basket Weave Belt for $15

This wide and very gold belt is not for anyone who is shy!

Kitson Nikki Jaggs – Brown Milan Belt for $58

I like the color which also comes in black.

Twelfth St. by Cynthia Vincent for $100.10

I really like the white belt and how it looks when it is worn with a darker color.
